The new track from Bo Milli is a jangly, introspective cut that TMR lapped up when it was originally released. ‘At The Wheel’ lets her effortless voice sing above a variety of unique guitar sounds, ranging from the restrained treble of the track’s opening moments, to the thick distortion that joins in for the powerful chorus. She's now added a beautifully shot music video to the single that captures her lyrical ideas and the relatable, everydayness of the track. "The video reflects the everyday feel of the lyrics, leaning into the literal," she explains. "I sing I'm waiting for the bus having a cigarette, there I am at the bus stop doing just that. We wanted to capture the theme of aimlessness. I’m waiting for a bus that never comes, sitting in the backseat of a car that never arrives anywhere, and who’s driving anyways?". She’s touring in her native Norway this summer. -Dan Peeke.
